  • Japanese fashion label Mountain Research has teamed up with PUMA on its first collaboration, creating a stripped-down take on the DMX Trail Shadow. Kobayashi Setsumasa's takes a trail-inspired approach, painting the pair in an "O-DO IRO" hue; translating to "Yellow Soil" the earthy coloured shade paints the shoe's nubuck leather upper, TPU overlays and co-branded tongue graphic. Below, it boasts Reebok's DMX Shear cushioning below. Like a pillow underneath your heel, this slows down and softens the impact of heel strike, returning the force straight back into your next stride to fire you forward.
