    If you've paid using a credit or debit card, please note a refund can take between 3-5 working days for the money to return to your account depending on your card issuer.
    
    If you've paid using PayPal, Android Pay, Klarna or Apple Pay, we'll send your order back to our distribution centre on your behalf, as soon as they’ve received your order they will return the money to your account or send out an exchange.
    
    Christmas Returns: We understand you might need a little more time over the festive period to return items to us. From Sunday 25th October you can return your items to us for a refund or exchange (exchanges are available in store only) up until the Sunday 3rd January as long as they are accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. We are not able to process refunds or exchanges in store between the dates of 26th and 28th of December.
