How do I return something to you?

Free returns to Store
If you've paid by credit or debit card just pop down to one of our size? stores in the Republic of Ireland, take your despatch note and the goods you want to return, and the store team will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.
By post
You can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier but we recommend you use one who can give you a "Certificate of Posting" as, until the parcel reaches us, it's your responsibility.

How long can I keep the order before returning?
You can send any unwanted items back to us within 28 days for FREE in-store or from €4.50 for a refund with purchases made in the UK via the size? website or app.
Returns can be made by visiting our returns portal here.
Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed once we receive it back in our warehouse. Once refunded it will show in your account within 3-5 days.

Exchanges in-store are accepted for items paid for by cash and credit/debit card only. Remember to take your proof of purchase with you too.
How long will it take to process my return?
Returns are usually processed within a few days of us receiving the goods back.
Please allow up to a week for refunds to show on your account. Sorry if this seems a little long but the timeframe is dictated by your bank or card issuer and we have no control over it.
We'll refund you by the same method as payment (i.e. same card, Paypal)
You've sent me the wrong items
We're only human and occasionally mistakes can happen. If it's happened to you we're very sorry and we'll do our best to get the right items to you as soon as possible.
